Brief: when two iconic financial companies merge, a lot of explaining is needed: to the press, to financial analysts, to managers in both companies. Approximately 400 people, all told.
Concept: Take your time -in this case, two full days- to inform and inspire transparently. The motto ‘strong together’ summed up the strategy that made unmistakable sense and helped forge unity.
